Monte teaches doctrine classes at his church as well as preaches to the congregation on a regular basis. He has been a church elder for over 20 years.
Monte's family includes his wife, Sandy, and three adult children, a son who is a software engineer, a daughter who is a professor at Murray State University in Kentucky, and a daughter who is a senior majoring in technical theatre/stage management at FAU.
Monte Hancock is a mathematician, Bible scholar, and family man. He also teaches at many levels, from Strategy classes for elementary & middle school students, to Greek, Philosophy, and Calculus for high school students as well as graduate level courses in mathematics and computer science at Webster University in Melbourne, Florida.
Monte enjoys the sheer beauty of mathematics, and he shares his enthusiasm at every opportunity, posting problem challenges frequently.
